Understanding addiction, compulsion, consumption, wanting and the stuckness loop....the power of loving inquiry to end any addictive process or behavior. Next retreat TBD.
Morning Session Only, Or Morning + Late afternoon Session (Pacific Time) each day (maximum 2.5 - 3 hour sessions in general). Partnering sometimes assigned in between sessions, to be completed before next day. All sessions recorded for those in other time zones who might be sleeping.
We use zoom for our connection. A password will be sent to you, and the same zoom link for every session. It's easiest if you download the free zoom application to your device, and give permission for your device to use both audio microphone and video camera. Once you sign up for a retreat, you'll receive the link shortly before we begin along with other details necessary to participate.You can join from any time zone.
